Titan 4B/NRO Launch Observed

    Observed the launch from about 330 km east of Vandenberg. Not as impressive
    as others due to the brightness of the sky with the sun in the west. Second
    stage separation plume slightly visible. Rocket rose to about 40° as it
    headed south, lost the exhaust trail soon after that.
