#879 (OGO 1) was one of several objects that I identified by comparing
the selection of elsets in my satbase.tle file (available via my SatEvo
page) with those in Mike McCants's alldat as of August 17. I sent the
list to Mike and he has subsequently added these objects to alldat...

    #879 = 64- 54 A = OGO 1
Listed in the Satellite Situation Report (SSR) as decaying in 1980, but
elsets began to appear again on OIG's server at epoch 00160 (2000 Jun 8)
    with elset number 1.

    #1863 = 65-108 A = OV2-3/Titan 3c
Elsets have been published for this since 99218 (1999 Aug 6) starting
    with elset number 1.

    #3255 = 63- 14 BV = Westford Needles
The SSR still lists this as decaying in 1978 even though elsets have
been appearing since number 1 on day 00173 (2000 Jun 21).

    #4377 = 70- 32 B = Intelsat 3-F7 Delta 1 r
Elset number 3 had been dated in 1971 but elset number 4 has an epoch of
99263 (1999 Sep 20) and they have been appearing frequently since then.

    #5978 = 68-116 B = Intelsat 3-F2 Delta 1 r2
Still listed in the SSR as decaying in 1973, new elsets have been
appearing since elset number 1 was issued on day 99217 (1999 Aug 5).

    #11970 = 80- 74 C = GOES 4 AKM
My records suggest that occasional elsets began to reappear with number
    583 on day 99309 (1999 Nov 5).

    #11984 = 67- 26 C = Intelsat 2-F3 Delta 1 r2
The first "recent" elset I have for this is number 2 on day 99219
    (1999 Aug 7).

    #12814 = 79- 77 E = Comsos 1124 deb
After nothing since 1992, elsets began to appear again with number 586
    on day 99319 (1999 Nov 15).

    #12894 = 81- 31 G = Cosmos 1261 deb
For the first time since 1986, new elsets began to appear with number
    686 on 99332 (1999 Nov 28)

    #12906 = 77- 68 E = Cosmos 931 deb
The break in elsets was from 1992 until day 99221 (1999 Aug 9) when
    number 187 appeared.

    #14475 = 74- 89 ER = NOAA 4 Thorad Delta 1 deb
After a gap since 1995, new elsets have been appearing since number 162
    on day 99357 (1999 Dec 23).

    #18912 = 69- 70 D = Cosmos 292 deb
Nothing between 1993 and elset number 488 on day 99258 (1999 Sep 15).

    #19814 = 63- 14 EN = Westford Needles
I show no elsets between 1991 and day 99239 (1999 Aug 27) when elset
    number 386 was issued.

    #20022 = 63- 14 EY = Westford Needles
The first two elsets since 1991 appeared on day 99124 (1999 May 4) when
elsets 682 and 683 appeared - identical apart from these numbers.
Nothing then until number 684 on day 99305 (1999 Nov 1) though all the
elsets prior to day 99337 (1999 Dec 3) appear suspect.

    #20672 = 67- 1 AT = Intelsat 2-F2 deb
The first elset since 1993 is number 593 dated 99085 (1999 Mar 26) but
there is another gap until number 594 on day 99302 (1999 Oct 29).

    #21957 = 76- 67 BV = Cosmos 839 deb
I think that the elset-free period runs from 1992 until number 292 was
    issued for day 99244 (1999 Sep 1).
