Using OIG latest elset of ISS satspy predicted a pass over me, the
problem is that satspy showed that ISS will reach max mag of -1.5 while
heavens-above indicated that ISS max mag is -0.5. I tried to do another
prediction with different elset but it showed the same result.
Is it my mistake or heavens-above mistake (or maybe something i haven't
figured out)?
