It appears that OIG went AWOL between 21:00 and 22:00 UTC on August 16 but recovered briefly sometime between 18:00 and 18:25 UTC on the 17th and was gone again by 19:00 and is still down. I may have been lucky in that I just happened to check the site manually at 18:25, found it was up and immediately triggered my scripts to update the dklist/select/iridiums elsets. Of course, there may have been other short recoveries that I've missed because, like this one, they began and ended between my hourly scripts. My apologies all round for the fact that I have been unable to reissue my SatEvo Decay List during my brief return to Edinburgh. I set off again for Hawaii on Monday, 20th, for another month.
