OIG's server was accessible this morning at around 13 h UTC, but as I write this it is down again. I spoke with one of the folks who operate the site, who confirmed that OIG is one of the sites that was made inaccessible to the outside world, in response to denial of service attacks. The good news is that OIG had already installed the required software patches to protect against this problem, and has filed "paperwork" to have the site re-connected to the outside world, which I was told should happen by 14 h UTC today. In fact, as I finished typing this, I found that OIG was up again.
