Hello every one,

	It seems that Gorizont 21 is flaring too... Unfortunately, my observation
has been interrupted by clouds. In PPAS format :
90- 94 A 02-08-02 00:11      MJ 818.9 0.8  7 117.00 A'A'; mag 9 --> 11

	Nothing about that satellite neither on Jason's site nor in PPAS 10. Am I
the first?
