As i stepped out on my deck to watch the 05:57 7 Aug UTC pass by ISS i spotted a bright (mag 2) object thru the clouds coming from the NW heading SSE. I then looked to the South saw ISS and several seconds later the object came out of the clouds near where ISS had passed. The object was the same one seen earlier back East, Cosmos 2383 #27053 01057A.
