The Tiros rocket came down a little earlier than predicted, though
SpaceCom's final notice is overdue. Here, in summary form, are the
latest updates to my Decay Watch page.

As a further addition to the page, I am now maintaining a list of all
recent decays, not just those for which decay notices have been posted.
Until now, this information has only been published in my SatEvo Decay
    Lists.

Note: I think that decay is most likely following perigee on the
penultimate of these SatEvo-predicted revs. This puts it eastbound
    over Tanzania.
