After a hot day, a clear evening with no haze. Saw a UNID with a nice double flash, 0.5 sec apart, period 8 sec. Bright flashes to mag 2. Moved in 72 sec from ca. RA=13h00 d=+30 to RA=13h45 d=+17. Last position was of last flash at 21;29:16 UT.
