    other two.

    99028A appeared steady on the first pass, but was clearly rotating on
    the second pass. Its steady appearance on the first pass seems to be
    related to its low phase angle. On other low phase angle passes, I have
    been able to detect a small variation in brightness. These observations
    suggest to me that the object's axis of rotation is roughly
    perpendicular to the sun.
    
    The photometric period of 116.3 s is the average of 5 successive minima;
    it appears not to have changed measurably over the past 2 months, and
    possibly not since late 1999:
