    Gorizont 23 was not seen in several (but not continuous)
    attempts between 0415 & 0453.  seemed a little fainter
    perhaps due to lower elev.

    23233 94057A was not seen 0211:40 -> 0217:40 or looking
    -6 min before prediction. sunel ~ -15 but W+21, if
    it was there I did not see it, I had a suggestion of a
    ghost at ~~ 0214:25 but very peripheral and not really
    split or positioned (could have been an eyeball floater)

    more pts than usual for 28A as I experimented traking
    it at 54x with 1.1* fov. lim mag was ~ +10.5. I thought
    I would see it appulse more stars, but to the contrary,
    it missed most the stars, but timing smooths out some
    for this slow sat. also windy and there was sometimes
    a little wobble. almost forgot, at this view, the vM
    variation was not noticeable (to me) ie steady.
