Thanks ! Using Rob Matson's axis for Feb-Mar 2000 and his observation below my
program finds a precession of 2.03 h/y. Rob also said: ... Flashes are also
visible on the half-period, indicating reflections from the back side of one of
the panels. Using measurements from myself, Ed Cannon, Mike McCants and Don
Gardner, I've come up with a spin axis of: R.A. 14.6809 hours, Dec +62.8945,
    cone angle 86.35 degrees.
     ...
To me, the half-period would indicate that the cone angle is closer to 90
(except in rare circumstances), so there may be an error of around 7 degrees, +
the uncertainty in precession, / sin (angle between track and flash path).

(Is RB Russ Besson ? in the UK ? - I hadn't time to check)

If my computations are correct in current haste, I find flashes on 2002-09-10
    near:
RA 23:30 Dec.-10 for Ed Cannon (after shadow exit)
RA 22:10 Dec.-11 for Rob Matson (at shadow entry)
