    Cosmos 2389 Rk (27437) was flashing every 2.85 seconds; might
    have been brighter than +4.0.  PPAS report:

    This is an old Atlas Centaur, Intelsat 4-F4 Rk (05816), 
    flashing every 1.56 second.  PPAS:
