Cosmos 2389 Rk (27437) was flashing every 2.85 seconds; might
have been brighter than +4.0.  PPAS report:

02- 26 B 02-08-31 03:29:49   EC   45.5 0.3  16  2.85  +4.0->inv

This is an old Atlas Centaur, Intelsat 4-F4 Rk (05816), 
flashing every 1.56 second.  PPAS:

72-  3 B 02-08-31 05:20:08   EC  284.3 0.3 182  1.562 +5.5->inv

Site was Austin BCRC: 30.315N, 97.866W, 280m.
