decay on:
01 August, 20:45 UTC +/- 02 hours (30.3 N, 25.0같E)
ascending over North Africa.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03213.544...+ 0213.666...
(SFX 107, ap 034) the decay on:
01 August, 20:20 UTC +/- 11 minutes (13.12캳, 293.04캞)
also northbound over Brazil. 

BTW: SCC'S FINAL REPORT is a nearly unchanged copy of its
02 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message. My 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY
forecast was well in the range of these both final 
predictions.
