Observations of USA 129 from a few hours ago, reduced via ObsReduce (thanks
to Ted!). Perhaps ~1.2 sec late vs 03220.15323318 elset.

Also saw the near-decay Cosmos 2265 (#22875) steady at ~mag 5 as it climbed
into eclipse in the NNE at 22:25.
