Report time 14:30 UTC 2002-029E (#27447) Auxiliary Motor SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Aug 24, 19:43 UTC - predicts the decay on 24 August, 15:59 UTC +/- 03 hours (12.4°N, 212.3°E) descending over the Pacific. MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03236.390...+ 03236.453... and SFX 116, ap 040 the decay on 24 August, 12:31 UTC +/- 17 minutes (15.71°N, 113.96°E) ascending over the South Chinese Sea. SCC had some problems with this decayer. They issued the the following 02 HOURS BEFORE DECAY prediction: 24 August, 10:56 UTC +/- 35 minutes (01.3°S, 121.0°E). Their last released ELSET with an epoch around 10:53 UTC appeared in 4 different versions! I see no reason and backed by observations from SCC that the decayer survived till 15:59 UTC.
