I was able to identify it as Transit 5-B2 #00704 #63049B, a serendipitous first sighting for me. The night before while setting up on Altair at 00.43.30 I saw 2 unknowns going in opposite directions when I focused the eyepiece, which were identified as Iridium 51 and Cosmos 1190r. I'm looking forward to the next clear night.
