    1978-083A (#11015) Cosmos 1030

SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared August 17, 21:37 UTC - shows the decay on:
    17 August, 19:38 UTC +/- 14 minutes (27.0°S, 63,7°E) descending over the
    Indian Ocean.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSET 04230.783... (SFX 135, ap 009) the
    decay on:
    17 August, 19:37 UTC +/- 06 minutes (01.63°S, 29.33°E) also southbound
    over the Indian Ocean.

SCC'S co-ords look strange and not very comparable with the mean reentry trajectory
    developed from the last ELSETs.
