    SCC'S 01 DAY(S) BEFORE DECAY message - prepared August 16, 14:16 UTC predicts
    the decay on:
    17 August, 14:43 UTC +/- 15 hours (30.7°S, 141.9°E) descending over South Australia.
    
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 04229.441... - 04229.670...  (without the 
    strange ELSET 04229.594...) and SFX 135. ap 008 the decay on:
    17 August, 14:38 UTC +/- 90 minutes (03.78°S, 125.79°E) also southbound near
    the Indonesian Archipelago.
    
    The prediction are very uncertain. Cosmos 1030 could also decay one rev later. The
    satellite underwent on 10. October 1978 - only a couple of weeks after launch -
    a breakup with a possible loss of some appendages.
