atlas will try again today and it sounds like the payload is a SDS

    They will try again today ( Aug 31 ) to get the atlas 2as off the ground.
    
    The blasted weather is messing up there plans. This will be the 5th try.
    
    The launch time is so far 6:49 p.m. EDT (2249 UTC). Was half asleep, when I posted the time before
    in my last message, so that's why it was wrong in UTC.
    
    It sounds like it will be a SDS payload onboard.
