    Tonight while outside while getting ready for sat observing, my neirbour saw a glowing cloud. He
    thought it might be the moon, I thought it's in the wrong area. I looked and thought, it could be
    a fuel dump. I then saw a flashing light beside the glow:) My neirbour saw the flashes to. Where
    using 10*50 binoculars.

    I tried to get it on video, but was having problems with the gear. So it was to faint by the time
    I got the camera working, to find it:(

    One of the nicest things I have seen.

    No position fix, on the glow are flashing light:(
