Thank you very much, Björn, for your extensive help on this one and also for the very kind words. The last two evenings, we (Mike and I Saturday evening and he and Fred and I Sunday) have ruled out some possibilities (mean motion = 2.43, 2.51, 2.79, 2.87 and 2.93). Tonight, if the weather permits, we will be able to confirm or not the elsets for 36 and 37 revolutions (as of July 30, mean motion = 2.58 and 2.65) from your message: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/Jul-2005/0275.html I sure do hope we see this one tonight! But if not, Tuesday evening there's a predicted pass from the 38-rev elements (MM=2.72). If we do confirm it in the next night or two, I guess its pseudo-designation should be 05-683A since it seems it was first observed on July 2.
