while doing other things I saw a UNID sat at 99999 06 220UNK 8305 F 20060808030428100 17 35 2215566+327168 46 it appeared to have a mean motion in the 5.0 to 7.0 range. it was +6.5 +/- 0.5 it was moving from generally S to N but not polar more of an inclin maybe 60_ish not describing the trak very well :( I should have split twice, but who knew. I'm not finding in combined alldat+classfd. nothing even comes close.
