flashes from old DSP satellite

    Last night by accident, I observed flashing coming from a old DSP satellite.
    It's the first dsp satellite ever placed in orbit.
    It's called OPS 5960 by spacetrack, ie DSP 1 
    It was placed into orbit way back in 1970.

    -5 deg 36 min Dec
    It's orbit is 
    Perigee = 25764  km
    Apogee = 36204  km
    Inclination 9.54 degrees
    44.6062 N
    75.6910 W
