Synch SW and Some Obs

    Thanks to all respondents regarding synchronizing stopwatch methods. Now, I
can say that my method was to look at a java display from
worldtimeserver.com or nist, and visually set the watch. Peers have alerted
me that this may not be accurate enough, so I am going to try some their
suggested methods and see if I can find one that fits my (limited) patience
for such things.
