    Landsat 2 Rk, 09040, 1975-004-DE

I've been trying to observe this object for some time now. H-A and Quicksat both give it a magnitude in the +5.0 range, but I've never been able to see it despite numerous attempts of good passes. I've used both 10x50 binoculars and a 5' Maksutov, but no luck.

I'm wondering if this is actually much fainter that listed, thus I'll need a larger scope. Or is this still in orbit?

    Thanks.
