The first TLE issued for the Phoenix launch was for cat#32007. It was listed as 2007-34 E, but the only the first TLE. Later TLE's were 32007 2007-34 C. 32003 and 32004 were then 2007-34 A and B. 32005 and 32006 were then listed as 2004-21 H and J fragments. Was the first 32007 TLE a typo?
