It includes a small retrograde orbit adjustment around July 19.

During 2007 June, USA-179 conducted an significant retrograde manoeuvre - the
opposite sense to previously-observed orbital adjustments. Choose "USA-179 early
2007" from the left hand menu to see a plot.
