I would expect it flare up again, around that time.
Again start looking early. How bright the flare appear's, changes as the days go by.
I hope to observe it, tonight if the weather cooperates.
Intelsat 1R ( 26608 ) should still be flaring up at around 2:22 and 3:22 UTC give are take a few minutes. Was still bright, the other day I observed it.
