I was going through the video again, and I clearly I missed seeing that bright slow flash from Galaxy 8 ( 25086 ) for some reason. Just after it had occured, I had moved the scope since I hadn't notice the flash, darn.
The time was around 9:06:38 UTC ( Aug 31 )
So flash occured around
3 h 19 m R.A
-9 deg 9 min Dec
Was at least mag 6 range.
It lasted a few seconds, so sat rotating slowly.
Will have to look at Galaxy 8, tommorow and see how long it takes between flashes.
Kevin
