It is unlikely that it is still in orbit, it looks certain from Space-Track that it has decayed. The difficulty is that we are not supposed to post info from that site in here owing to restrictions. However I think it can safely be said that it was on the very orbit I referred to as being conceivable for it to happen near here. If I had been able to drag myself out of bed as planned at 2:20 in the morning as planned I might have been able to settle this once and for all as it was well and truly in the timeframe for decay! Darn it should have gone to bed earlier so I had a chance of being able to wake up lol. In view of the timing which is very early in the morning our time and the ground track not expecting many if any reports even if it could be seen from here.
