It was identified as Breeze-M Deb Tank 33454 08063B. An unknown appeared in my field of view with 88078A at 01.58.45 UTC. Their headings and visual angular velocities were similar so they were both in my 1.4 degree field of view for a long time. It was identified as Cosmos 2082 20624 90046A. Just before this 88078A did many fast bright flashes. The 1st point on 00047A was my start between Alcor and Mizar( zeta Ursa Major) in the Big Dipper.
