    21799 and 21808 are 2 seconds late on 4 day old elset.
    
    I did not see 14139 with an elset 117 days old . I watched for a minute and 
    a half on each side of 02.56.30 UTC 1/2 degree above beta Hercules in 
    telescope but saw nothing.
