As I am minorly involved, I can assist with various items related to it's use and making sure your setup allows you to deduce how your camera works so you'll know exactly how to report times. The issue is the operations manual needs a serious rewrite (which is, or will be soon, in progress) on the topic of image latency for NTSC cameras.
