    August 11 or early August 12, the decay rate of Express-MD2 increased 
    very slightly, it's not very obvious on the plot but the change is real:

    Khrunichev has joined Reshetnev in talking to their respective creations.
    
    The Briz-M continues to show a flat-line, or even slightly rising, decay 
    curve. Possibilities are either a minor leakage of propellant 
    counteracting decay, or it's high m/a is sufficient for it not to be 
    affected very much by drag and the perceived decay earlier was due to 
    propellant leakage...... or it's something else.
