I got a suprise, when I went to id it, nothing is shown in the area at the time. So now to fiqure out, what it really is. As it passed some bright stars http://www.astrobrock.com/2013/other/AUG30unid.mpg Area of sky 22 h 28 m R.A +4 deg 28 min Dec I won't be suprised, if it's something in a geo transfer orbit.
