The following is based observations by Alberto Rango, Brad Young, Mike McCants, and myself:

It appears that the spacecraft has resumed its usual frequent manoeuvres to maintain the orbit against drag, but
additional tracking is required to be certain.

Alberto's second point was reduced relative the wrong star(s?). I believe that the correct one is the mag 6.3 located at
17:27:02, -12:30:45 (2000.0). Applying the same apparent reduction to that star yields the following, which has very
good residuals in the present analysis:
