1 unknown, OTV-3, obs from TN.

Unknown FAST-MOVING polar orbiting satellite low in altitude (I would venture under 250mi nautical) passed over my location at 0117z from S to N about 50deg altitude to my east at culmination. It was bright, about a mag 1.5 and passed close to Deneb.

Using Calsky, I spotted the following birds as predicted:
