H-A doesn't show this (Yaogan 16A = #39011) as bright passes because it is
normally not brighter than +6 (in its database).
You can ask for satellites "down" to +5.0, but if you suspect a Yaogan you
can do a satellite search for Yaogan* and click "Visible passes" on one at
a time.
However, Yaogan 20 A-C are still called Object A-C (#40109-40111)
