UNID 15.-16.8.2014

Last night (15.-16.8.2014) I observed an unidentified satellite in Turku, Finland  @ 21:52 UT. The satellite was moving upwards in constellations of Sagitta and Vulpecula. It's brightness was about 4 magnitudes. I wasn't able to identify it with Heavensat program.

It's a Finnish observation database, so it's all in Finnish, but at least you can see the photo.

Could someone be able to identify this?
