For awhile, the orbital data for GPS 2F-7, was showing it in a orbit with a mean motion of 01.97

For example using a older orbit, I had saved, had a epoch date of 14236.18781704, was showing the older mean motion.

But now, a orbit with a epoch of 14236.75735720, shows the sat with a mean motion of 2.00, ie the correct one for a gps sat.
