1965-065B tumbling?

I was looking at Saturn while trying out my new telescope
(a Celestron 127EQ) when a satellite crossed the field
of view. Some checking with Heavensat identified it as
1965-065B (#1508), the upper stage from a Thor-Ablestar launch.
It appears to be tumbling; brightness varied between
magnitude +7 (about as bright as Titan) to just barely
visible. The change in brightness was steady, with several
peaks during the crossing. Field of view was a bit more
than a half-degree.
