flashing unid in a noss orbit

While scanning the sky, I noticed a faint flash. So I  stopped, and went to the area, and then witness another flash.

I followed it, for 2 minutes, until it got to faint. I couldn't see it, between the flashes, so I think it was a peice of debris.
