Brad,

Using Sattools Satfit I didnĀ“t a good match either.

Satfit output:

37228  244.645    0.436    7.664 Brad-20150827    3.953

For both satellites dRAAN, dARGP en especially d.rms are
too high for a good fit.

With only 2 points it is impossible to determine if one ore both
points are a bit off.
