Brad,

When using Satfit in graphic mode I get the following TLE:

OBJ
1 77777U 77777A 15239.08146209 .00000000 00000-0 50000-4 0 02
2 77777 79.6960 262.9672 0000000 0.0000 36.6358 15.73858390 08
# 20150827.08-20150827.08, 2 measurements, 0.000 deg rms

In the bulk TLE download from Space-Track no match was found for an object
with incl 79-82 deg and MM of 15.74

Regards
Leo
