Since OPTSAT 3000 is an Italian reconnaissance satellite I am assuming that
the TLEs are classified.

Subject: OPTSAT-3000 TLE Lost?!

As you may know OPTSAT-3000 along with Venus were successfully launched at
Aug-2-2017. According to "tle-new" on CELESTRAK, it seems that the launch is
named 17041 and NORAD IDs 42900, 42901, and 42902 are assigned to the
objects OPTSAT-3000, Venus, and AVUM DEB, respectively.
However, although Venus and AVUM DEB tle's are published on "tle-new",
OPTSAT-3000 haven't appeared, yet. Is it weird? or it will appear in next
days?
