It was a satellite slowly moving east. Nice flasher wit flashes going fom mg -1 to +1 and some +3.5. I counted 18 flashes during 198.04 seconds with a period of 11.00 sec. I have one position taken 1x; 19:10:25.18 21h18m.6/+62°35'.1 I tried to identify this sat , in vain.
