CalSky (calsky.com) has a service of providing transit tracks "near" a
location
Make sure you have configured your (desired) location in the "Setup" tab.
On the same tab (and others) you can find the "email and alert manager"
link,
You will have to register a user name and a password to use it.

Without registering and using the alert manager you can go to the menu
depicted in the attached screen. It will show a map, and optionally a list
of coordinates of the central line.
