By chance I happened to see the same pass. For me Telkom 3 passed just
North of Sagitta, as I'm a bit further North than you. The flashing
was very obvious to the naked eye.

My all sky camera also captured the pass, and sets the rotation period
at about 13 to 15 seconds between the primary maxima. The secondary
maxima were half way between the primary ones.
