Michael,

My guess is that whatever client you're using to connect is attempting to use TLSv1 - an outdated, insecure protocol that's likely been disabled on that server.

See these search results: https://www.google.com/search?q=error%3A1407742E%3ASSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO%3Atlsv1+alert+protocol+version<https://www.google.com/search?q=error:1407742E:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlrv1+alert+protocol+version>

Hi:

I tried last 3 days to download new satellite tle's from Space Track, but it just gives:

Connection failed - Space Track - error:1407742E:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlrv1 alert protocal version

I can download Mike Mcants and another site but not Space Track like I use to.

any ideas?
